Inaugural chair of the committee SAWS created in 2024 to give customers an independent review of escalated water waste violations, replacing the municipal court process.

American Red Cross
When the city froze.
During the February 2021 winter storm, I served as the American Red Cross lead for the downtown warming center at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, working alongside the City of San Antonio, the San Antonio Fire Department, and the San Antonio Police Department.
For four nights straight I ran the shelter from 8 PM to 8 AM, with 300 to 500 people inside at any given time.

City of San Antonio Small Business Advisory Commission
Built the commission's structure and strategic direction as its first chair, and led the effort to direct $30.1M in ARPA relief funds to San Antonio small businesses.

Advised the Aviation Director on policy for San Antonio International and Stinson airports and supported the $2.5B airport strategic development plan.

Served a 13 county region from Laredo to New Braunfels. Mission Committee chair, disaster relief volunteer, Red Cross lead for the downtown warming center during the February 2021 winter storm, and on air spokesperson for KSAT 12 disaster telethons.
